If you are interested in running for a non-partisan position in Christian County, the April 5, 2022, General Municipal Election includes school board elections (Spokane, Billings, and Nixa are some of the school boards) and fire district board elections (Chadwick Fire District, Nixa Fire District, Sparta Fire District, Billings Fire District, Billings Fire District, Clever Fire District, Highlandville Fire District). There are also city council openings, special road district openings, and ambulance district openings. Please check with your local governmental bodies if you are interested in running for a position.
